At ARTA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
If you are unhappy, and don’t like your product, send ti back to us! Please remember that our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. We don’t care if you have used your product. Send it back! We got you. We are here to share our design and passion with you.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To begin the return process, please contact us at [email protected]. Items returned to us without a prior request for return approval will not be accepted. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR ORDER ISSUES
Please check your order carefully upon receiving it. If you find any damage, receive a defective item, or believe you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest approach is to return the original item and make a new, separate purchase for the replacement once the return is accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
